I tried to localize Kodu for Italian following Andrey's from Moscow steps, using Lingobit Localizer:
http://community.research.microsoft.com/blogs/kodu/archive/2010/01/28/localization-of-kodu.aspx
and his clip in youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-RS0kA8U0I
It looks like Lingobit changed Trial options: it did not create localized files.
Even more: I could not copy xml text from translation pane.
BTW: Andrey translated words one by one; I found that the whole column could be selected and translated wigh google at once.
My next steps described below:
In Lingobit Localization: Select the whole table with original and translated strings, save it in Excel.
In excel workwheet: create a Button and sub to handle a button click in vb editor:
It compilled translated words into xml format in column E:
Unfortunately next steps are manual: copy/pasting blocks of xml from excel to Strings.xml.
